What is the return policy?
Currently our return policy is final sale for all items in the store.
Are the event spaces open to the public?
Our LOFT and SPEAKEASY spaces are set up as private spaces that are available for rent. Any inquiries please email hayley@levelssf.com for all information regarding our event spaces.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to fulfill all orders during store operating hours. We offer different shipping options including basic shipping (3-5 business days) and Expedited shipping (1-2 days). With orders over $350 we offer free basic shipping.
Are your products authentic?
We work closely with all our featured brands and source our products directly from the brands. Any further detailed questions about authenticity with our featured products, please email management@levelssf.com.
